Usage
* As needed, add a few drops to a diffuser, aroma lamp or aroma stone to spread in a room where you are. * Hold one nostril closed and sniff vigorously several times. Repeat as often as necessary. * Sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief or towel and place it next to your pillow so you can breathe well at night. This method is also recommended for children aged 6 and above.

Avoid contact with eyes. If this product gets into the eyes, rinse with clean water.
