Peppermint is a perennial herb with green stems and leaves and white flowers. There are various types of mint, some of which are used in aromatherapy. Peppermint is a good essential oil for the stomach and digestion that can be treated with a massage. Peppermint is refreshing, cooling, itch-relieving, soothing, invigorating, and strengthening. Use Peppermint when driving to stay alert. Sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief to spread the scent. Peppermint is also very good for the respiratory system (mucolytic); use it in a bath or with steam inhalation. However, always use an emulsifier if you want to use the oil in the bath. Peppermint increases concentration, clarifies, relieves uncertainty, feelings of inferiority, and helps deepen your intuitive insight.
