The magnesium comes from sea lettuce from certified organic agriculture, without chemical ingredients.

Sea lettuce thallus extract* (Ulva lactuca L.), fillers: calcium carbonate, acacia gum*, baobab fruit pulp* (Adansonia digitata L.), rice starch*, rice flour* (Oriza sativa L.).*Organic

Instructions for use
Adults and children from 6 years: 1 tablet per day to be taken during breakfast with a large glass of water. For adults, the daily dose can be increased to two tablets (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening), in case of fatigue, nervousness or increased stress. Not recommended for people sensitive to iodine.
