Ingredients Bulking agent: sorbitol, water, stabilizer: glycerol, ethanol, extract of aerial part of Golden Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica), concentrated lemon juice (Citrus limon), natural flavor, melatonin, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.
Usage Shake well before use. For adults only.
2 sprays under the tongue before bed or during the night when you wake up. Hold the bottle upright.
When using for the first time, press the pump 2-3 times.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
If you are under medical treatment (antidepressants, or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice.
Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
