Calcium carbonate, Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L) Dunal), Saffron stigma extract (Crocus sativus L.), Vitamin D3, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, Black cohosh root extract (Cimicifuga racemosa L.), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use
Suitable for adult women with fluctuating moods during menopause: Take 2 capsules daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening with a glass of water during a meal, for optimal results both day and night. May be used long-term. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in individuals taking antidepressants, or with liver disease.
