Usage
1 sachet per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach with breakfast, or just before going to bed, dissolve in a glass of lukewarm water, milk or mix with yoghurt.
Storage instructions
Store in a dry, sealed container at room temperature. Lactic acid bacteria are sensitive to high temperatures, so store below 25°C.
