Usage
Adults and children over 18 years: In the morning with breakfast, dissolve 1 drinkable ampoule in a glass of water (240 ml) and drink.
Due to the natural nature of the product, some deposits may form in the drinking ampoule; this does not affect the quality of the product.

1. Shake the drinking ampoule well before use.
2. Hold the drinking ampoule with the point facing up.
3. Push open the drinking ampoule with your thumb(s).
4-5. If you save the first empty drinking ampoule, you can use it to open the next one even more easily by placing the tip into the opening of the empty drinking ampoule and applying pressure.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Not suitable for people with an allergy to salicylates or people taking blood thinners.
