Usage
Adults and children over 18 years: In the morning at breakfast, dissolve 1 drinkable ampoule in a glass of water (240 ml) and drink. Due to the natural character of the product, some sediment may form in the ampoule, which does not affect the quality of the product. 1. Shake the ampoule well before use. 2. Hold the ampoule with the tip upwards. 3. Push the ampoule open with your thumb(s). 4-5. If you keep the first empty ampoule, you can use it to open the next ampoule even more easily by placing the tip in the opening of the empty ampoule and applying pressure. Green tea: Maximum ECGC dose is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for people with an allergy to salicylates or people using blood thinners.
