Usage Adults: 1 level scoop per day (13 grams), preferably dissolved in a large glass of lukewarm water (200 ml) at room temperature.
For better solubility of the product, it is recommended to put the powder in the glass first and then add the liquid and stir well.
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
