Ingredients
Filler: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, apple fibres (Malus domestica), rapeseed oil (Brassica napus subsp. napus), extract of Lichen thallus (Cladonia rangiferina), antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherols. 100% plant-based capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Use
From 12 years of age. 1 capsule per day in the morning during a meal with a large glass of water. Do not take this product in combination with other products containing vitamin D. Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding should seek advice from a healthcare professional before any supplementation.
