Powder (integral totum) from the underground parts of ORGANIC Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), 100% vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Use
From 12 years. For restful sleep: Take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 capsules before bedtime with a large glass of water. For relaxation: Take 3 capsules per day with meals with a large glass of water. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The use of this product may cause reduced alertness.
