Usage
From age 12.
Night sleep: Take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 capsules before going to bed with a large glass of water.
Relaxation: Take 3 capsules per day with a meal and a large glass of water.
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Use of this product may cause decreased alertness.
Storage instructions
