275 mg of Melissa officinalis leaf and is standardised to at least 1% rosmarinic acid

Ingredients
Organic Lemon Balm leaf powder (Melissa officinalis L.), capsule shell of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Usage
Take 1 capsule in the morning, at noon, and in the evening during meals with sufficient water. As a precaution, not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to lack of sufficient data.
