The integral powder, finely ground at a low temperature, contains per capsule:
390 mg of the fruit of the Silybum marianum and is standardized to 0.6% silymarin.

Ingredients
Integral BIO Milk Thistle fruit powder (Silybum marianum Gaertn.), capsule shell of plant origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Usage
Take 1 capsule in the morning, noon and evening with a meal with sufficient water.

As a precaution, not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to lack of sufficient data.
