Flaxseed oil is a valuable source of plant-based omega 3 and is obtained from the 1st cold pressing. The shell of Arkocaps Flaxseed Oil capsules is of plant origin. These capsules contain all the active natural ingredients of the seed, without any additives.

Composition

Composition per maximum daily dose of 3 capsules:
Flaxseed oil	1500 mg
Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) concentration	750 mg
Linoleic Acid (LA) concentration	180 mg
Mixed tocopherols	15 mg

Ingredients
Flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), plant-based capsule shell: firming agent: cassava starch, gelling agent: glycerol, humectant: purified water.

Usage
From 6 years of age. Children aged 6-18: Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with a meal and sufficient water. Adults: Take 1 capsule in the morning, afternoon, and evening with a meal and sufficient water. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women due to lack of sufficient data.
