Flaxseed oil is a valuable source of plant-based omega-3s and is obtained from the first cold pressing. The coating of Arkopcaps Flaxseed Oil capsules is plant-based. These capsules contain all the active natural components of the seed, without any additives.

Composition per maximum daily dose of 3 capsules:
Linseed oil	1500 mg
Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) Concentration	750 mg
Concentration of Linoleic Acid (LA)	180 mg
Mixed tocopherols	15 mg

Ingredients
Linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), capsule shell of vegetable origin: firming agent: cassava starch, gelling agent: glycrol, humectant: purified water.

Usage
From age 6.
Children aged 6-18 years: Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with a meal and plenty of water.
Adults: Take 1 capsule in the morning, noon and evening with a meal with sufficient water.

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women due to lack of sufficient data.

Store away from direct sunlight, in a dry place at room temperature. Keep out of reach of young children.
