The daily amount of 250mg of DHA helps to maintain good cerebral functions, such as cognitive functions.

Ingredients
Cod liver oil (FISH), capsule of marine origin: gelatin (FISH), glycerol

Usage
From 6 to 10 years: 2 capsules per day.
Children from 11 to 15 years: 3 capsules per day.
Adults and children aged 15 years and over: 4 capsules per day.
Take with a large glass of water. Spread out over the day. If you are taking blood thinners, ask your doctor for advice.
