Vitamin D is necessary for normal bone growth in children and for the maintenance of normal bone structure in adults.
The daily amount of 250 mg of DHA helps to maintain good cerebral functions, such as cognitive functions.

Ingredients
Cod liver oil (FISH), capsule of marine origin: gelatin (FISH), glycerol.

Usage
From age 6.
Children from 6 to 10 years: 2 capsules per day.
Children from 11 to 15 years: 3 capsules per day.
Adults and children aged 15 years and over: 4 capsules per day.
Spread out over the day. Take with a large glass of water.

If you are taking blood thinners, ask your doctor for advice.
