The total powder, finely ground at a low temperature, contains per capsule:
300 mg of the above-ground portion of Eschscholtzia californica contains between 0.5% and 1.2% alkaloids (expressed as californidine)

Powder from the aerial part of the Golden Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.), capsule wall of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Usage
Adults: Take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 capsules just before going to bed with plenty of water.
Children: Take 1 capsule before dinner and 1 capsule just before going to bed with plenty of water.
