Composition per daily dose of 2 capsules:
Fenugreek powder 300 mg
Fenugreek extract 300 mg
Trigonelline concentration 4.2 mg

Ingredients
Powder (whole Totum) and extract of Fenugreek seeds* (Trigonella foenum-graecum), apple fiber (Malus domestica), baobab fruit pulp powder (Adansonia digitata), 100% vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.*Equivalent to 1500 mg Fenugreek seeds for 2 capsules.

Usage
From 6 years old. 2 capsules in one go in the morning during a meal with a large glass of water. Do not use during pregnancy.
