Composition per daily dose of 2 capsules:
Vitamin C 180 mg - 225% RI*
Cranberry extract 22 mg
Acerola berry extract 160 mg

Composition per daily dose of 4 capsules:
Vitamin C 360 mg - 450% RI*
Cranberry extract 44 mg
Acerola berry extract 320 mg

*RI = Reference Intake

Ingredients
Filler: Cellulose, Vitamin C, Acerola berry powder (malpighia glabra L), Cranberry extract (vaccinium macrocarpon ait), Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, capsule shell of vegetable origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Usage
From 6 years:

Preventative: Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with a meal and plenty of water.
Acute: Take 2 capsules in the morning and evening with a meal and plenty of water.

Drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.
Long-term intake of Cranberry + C by persons with kidney stones is not recommended.

Cranberry may interact with other medications if you are taking Vitamin K antagonists as blood thinners.

If so, please consult your doctor before taking Cranberry + C capsules.
