Vitamin C 180 mg - 225% RI*
Cranberry extract 22 mg
Acerola berry extract 160 mg

Vitamin C 360 mg - 450% RI*
Cranberry extract 44 mg
Acerola berry extract 320 mg

Ingredients
Filler: Cellulose, Vitamin C, Acerola berry powder (Malpighia glabra L), Cranberry extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait), Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, capsule shell of vegetable origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose

Usage
From 6 years:Preventive: Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with a meal and sufficient water.Acute: Take 2 capsules in the morning and evening with a meal and sufficient water.Drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day. Long-term intake of Cranberry + C by individuals with kidney stones is not recommended.Cranberry may cause an interaction if you are taking Vitamin K antagonists as a blood thinner.Please consult your doctor before using Cranberry + C capsules.
