The shell of the Arkocaps Borage Oil capsules is of plant origin. These capsules contain all the active natural ingredients of the seed, without any added yeast, sugar, preservatives, colors, or flavors. Gluten-free.

Usage
From age 6.
Adults: 3 capsules per day.
Children from 13 to 18 years: 2 capsules per day.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule per day.
Take with a meal and a large glass of water.
