Ingredients
Organic Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract, thickener: organic acacia gum, 100% vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Usage
From age 15.
2 capsules in 1 intake, to be taken in the morning with a large glass of water.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
