Soursop is a tropical fruit rarely found in the Netherlands. This spiky fruit originates from the Amazon region. The fruit grows on a large tree that can reach 10 meters in height, and the fruit itself is by no means small. It can weigh up to 6 kilograms! The pulp is soft and sweet in taste and contains many healthy minerals such as iron, potassium, and magnesium, and many vitamins. Soursop is one of the few plant-based sources that contains vitamin B12.
