Sage (Salvia officinalis, or true sage) is an aromatic herb that has been valued for centuries for its many applications. Originally from the Mediterranean region, sage now grows in many parts of the world and is often found in herb gardens. The name Salvia is derived from the Latin word "salvare", which means to heal or to save. Sage naturally contains many valuable substances, including the polyphenol rosmarinic acid, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals.

Use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably before a meal.
