Usage
Take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, preferably before a meal. Do not use in combination with antidepressants and sleeping pills or during pregnancy. Ashwagandha: Be careful when using thyroid medication. Insufficient data known about use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
