D-Mannose is an essential sugar found in nature, which our body produces in small quantities. This means that this substance is recognized as endogenous, and no resistance can occur when using D-mannose. An additional advantage is that D-mannose does not kill good bacteria, keeping your intestinal flora in balance.
D-Mannose is a substance that occurs naturally in fruits such as cranberries, pineapples, oranges and apples, and can also be extracted from birch and beech wood. D-Mannose loose powder or capsules are often used as a supplement to APB Holland's Cranberry capsules.
