Usage
Take 1 vegacap once a day on an empty stomach, for example in the morning after getting up or in the evening before going to bed, unless otherwise advised.
Use of L-tryptophan in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) is not recommended.
The use of L-tryptophan during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
Consult your doctor if you are taking medication (e.g. antidepressants).
Not suitable for children under 3 years.
