513 Magnesium Bisglycinate & Citrate from AOV contains organically bound magnesium to the amino acids glycinate and citrate.

Magnesium:

Ingredients
Minerals, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, isomalt, carnauba wax), colour (calcium carbonate), triglycerides.

Usage
Adults: take 1 tablet twice a day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.

High doses of magnesium can have a laxative effect.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place, out of reach of children.
