332 Vitamin C Magnesium Ascorbate is a less acidic form of vitamin C. This powdered vitamin C can be dissolved in water. The handy measuring spoon makes it easy to measure out the desired amount.

Compound Composition per daily dose (6 grams):
Magnesium ascorbate 6,000 mg
of which vitamin C 4,800 mg (6,000% RI*)
and magnesium 353 mg (94% RI*)

Ingredients Vitamin C, magnesium ascorbate.
Usage Dissolve 1-2 grams (=approximately 3/4 - 1 1/4 measuring spoon (modified*)) in water or fruit juice 1-3 times a day and drink immediately with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
High doses of magnesium can have a laxative effect.
*Adjusted dosage: due to adjustments in the production process, the volume of the raw material has increased, the amount of vitamin C per gram has remained the same.
