316 Vitamin C 1000 contains 1000 mg of vitamin C, 25 mg of bioflavonoid complex, 23.5 mg of hesperidin, and 4.75 mg of rutin per tablet. The recommended dosage for this product is 2 tablets per day.

AOV vitamins C are nature identical and are often combined with bioflavonoids.

This combination is found naturally. Bioflavonoids are found in vegetables, fruits, wine, tea, and cocoa.

With a daily intake of 200 mg of vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily intake, vitamin C has a beneficial effect on resistance during and after physical exertion.
Vitamin C contributes to mental resilience and the reduction of fatigue.

Usage
