Ingredients
Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), vitamins, choline bitartrate, inositol, PABA, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, stearic acid), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Usage
Adults: 1-2 tablets daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 17 years of age.
