Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamin, beta 1,3-glucan complex, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegacaps), bacterial cultures, antioxidant (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid).

Usage
Adults 1 vegacap twice daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
