with 60% hydrolyzed collagen type II	1200 mg
and 20% chondroitin sulfate	400 mg
and 10% hyaluronic acid	200 mg

Ingredients
Hydrolyzed collagen type II complex (from chicken sternum cartilage), hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (vegacaps), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).

Usage
Adults: Take 1-2 vegacaps twice daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. Due to the presence of hydrolyzed collagen type II complex, use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
