Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) extract (80% Silymarin)	200 mg
Choline bitartrate	500 mg
Phosphatidylcholine	30 mg
Inositol	200 mg
Biotin	50 mcg - 100% RI*
Lipase	100 mg
Alpha-lipoic acid	100 mg

Ingredients
Choline bitartrate, hydroxyropylmethylcellulose (vegacaps), inositol, milk thistle extract, SOY lecithin, alpha-lipoic acid, lipase, anti-caking agent (rice fiber), vitamin.

Usage
Adults: take 1 vegacaps twice a day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.

Due to the presence of milk thistle extract and alpha-lipoic acid, use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
