Head lice are small insects (3-4 mm long) with six legs that like to live on people's heads. Head lice feed on blood and have strong gripping legs that allow them to firmly attach themselves to hair, preferably just behind the ears or in the neck. A female louse lays approximately 4-8 eggs (nits) per day. The eggs are attached to the hair with a kind of glue just above the scalp. After about seven days, the nits hatch and new lice emerge, which become adults in 7-10 days and also begin to reproduce.

Directions for use
Treat only if live lice and nits are actually found. Anti lice lotion: Distribute anti-lice lotion on dry hair and massage it in to thoroughly saturate all hair. Leave the lotion on for 15 minutes and then preferably wash the hair with anti-lice shampoo. Anti lice shampoo: Wet the hair, apply the shampoo, and let it work for a few minutes. Rinse the hair carefully and repeat if necessary. Detangle the hair using a fine-toothed comb. Lice comb: Comb the hair strand by strand with a metal lice/nit comb. Clean combs and brushes that have been in contact with lice by boiling them in water for 10 minutes. Check and treat all family members at the same time if necessary. Inform your child's teacher. Check the hair for the next 7-10 days. Repeat steps 1 - 3 if lice or nits are still present due to re-infestation.
