Anti-lice lotion/shampoo/comb
Head lice are small insects (3-4 mm long) with six legs that like to live on people's heads. They feed on blood and have strong, clamping legs that they use to firmly attach to hair, preferably just behind the ears or at the nape of the neck. A female louse lays about 4-8 eggs (nits) per day. The eggs are attached to the hair just above the scalp with a kind of glue. After about seven days, the nits burst open, and new lice emerge. These reach adulthood in 7-10 days and begin reproducing again.

Directions for use
Only treat if live lice and nits are actually found.
Anti-lice lotion: Apply anti-lice lotion to dry hair and massage it in until it penetrates thoroughly. Leave the lotion on for 15 minutes and then wash your hair, preferably with anti-lice shampoo.
Anti-lice shampoo: Wet your hair, apply the shampoo, and let it sit for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary. Detangle your hair with a fine-toothed comb.
Lice comb: Comb the hair lock by lock with a metal lice/nit comb.
Clean combs and brushes that have come into contact with lice by boiling them in water for 10 minutes.
Check and treat all members of the family at the same time, if necessary.
Inform your child's teacher.
Check the hair for the next 7-10 days. Repeat steps 1-3 if lice or nits are still present due to re-infestation.
