Instructions for use
See user manual Too low: Systolic lower than 100, diastolic lower than 60, consult your doctor. Normal: Systolic between 100 and 140, diastolic between 60 and 90, regular self-monitoring. Slightly too high: Systolic between 140 and 160, diastolic between 90 and 100, consult your doctor. Too high: Systolic between 160 and 180, diastolic between 100 and 110, consult your doctor. Severely too high: Higher than 180, Higher than 110, Emergency medical attention needed

Warnings
- Do not perform measurements at low (below +5 °C) or high (above +40 °C) temperatures or when the relative humidity is outside the range of 15% to 90%, as such conditions may lead to inaccurate measurements.
- Caffeinated drinks and tobacco can affect the measurement. Wait 30 to 45 minutes after consumption before taking a measurement.
- Do not use this device on children.
- If you suffer from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, severe hypertension, have undergone a mastectomy, etc., please consult your doctor before using this device.
- The proximity of mobile phones or microwaves can affect the measurement.

Storage advice
Protect the blood pressure monitor from temperatures above 55°C.
