Instructions for use
Place half a teaspoon of Kotobuki matcha in a matcha bowl. Add almost boiling water (80°C) or milk up to halfway. Use the bamboo whisk to loosen any matcha clumps. Stir continuously in a figure-eight motion, the symbol of infinity, or move the whisk from left to right. Continue mindfully until a gently frothy grass-green drink is created without a single clump. Whisk the tea and enjoy.
