Use
Coconut cream, or santen, is the pure flesh of the coconut, equivalent to concentrated coconut milk. The cream can be used in various dishes where santen or coconut milk is listed. The ratio to coconut milk is approximately 1 to 5. ½ block of santen with 5 dl water is the same as 1 ½ cans of coconut milk. If a recipe calls for 400ml of coconut milk, add 1/3 block of santen and extra liquid.
