Usage
Coconut cream, santen, is the pure flesh of the coconut, the same as concentrated coconut milk. It can be used in all kinds of dishes where santen or coconut milk are listed. The ratio with coconut milk is approximately 1 to 5. ½ block of santen with 500ml water is the same as 1 ½ cans of coconut milk. If a recipe calls for 400ml of coconut milk, add 1/3 block of santen and additional liquid.
