Usage The beneficial effect is obtained when taking 1mg melatonin shortly before going to bed.
To fall asleep, it's recommended to take 1 to 10 tablets 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. For faster absorption, it's recommended to let the tablets dissolve under the tongue. To stay asleep, it's recommended to let a few tablets dissolve under the tongue about half an hour before bedtime, adjusting the dosage as needed.
Please note: Melatonin is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, those with an autoimmune disease or hypersensitivity reactions.
