Melatonin, cellulose (microcrystalline), lactose (MILK) monohydrate, magnesium stearate

Usage
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. For falling asleep, it is recommended to take 1 to 10 tablets 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. For fast absorption, it is advised to let the tablets melt under the tongue. For staying asleep, it is advised to let a few tablets melt under the tongue about half an hour before going to bed, dosage as needed. Please note: the use of melatonin is not recommended for children under 12, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, those suffering from an autoimmune disease, or those experiencing hypersensitive reactions.
