Magnesium citrate, bulking agent: (maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent: (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), binder: (sodium carboxymethyl starch), tablet: (transparent coating).

Usage
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day, unless advised otherwise. Take tablets spread throughout the day with plenty of water, preferably with a meal.
