Usage
Use one 10-gram stick per day. Place the contents of the stick in a glass or shaker cup. Add 250 ml. Stir or shake well and then drink.

Tip 1:
Adding less water can concentrate and sweeten the flavor. Adding more water will actually make your smoothie less sweet. You can also prepare Alka® Greens with plant-based milk or fruit juice.

Tip 2:
The body absorbs nutrients optimally in the morning. Start each day with a glass of Alka® Greens with breakfast and enjoy increased energy and fitness all day long.
