Usage
1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal, unless otherwise prescribed.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
Contains caffeine <4 mg, EGCG 80 mg. Do not use if green tea is consumed on the same day.

Includes a desiccant pouch – not for consumption. Caution: Limit your daily zinc intake to 15 mg.
