Broccoli contains a number of highly effective bioactive compounds. One of these is sulforaphane, an isothiocyanate. Broccoli sprouts contain 30 to 50 times more isothiocyanates than mature broccoli. The extract in Broccoli Pure-Sprouts is of the highest achievable quality and is standardised to 4,000 ppm sulforaphane. This ensures a consistent amount of bioactive ingredients. A daily dose of 2 capsules is equivalent to 20 grams of fresh broccoli sprouts. Alfytal Broccoli Pure-Sprouts can serve as an excellent substitute for fresh sprouts or as a supplement to them.
