Alcoscan Alcohol Tester AL7000
The semi-professional breathalyzer AL7000 analyzes breath alcohol concentration and displays it as blood values in mg/ml, or per milliliter. The sensor itself is easily replaced, recalibrating the AL7000.
The AL7000 alcohol meter detects alcohol using a semiconductor oxide sensor, which measures breath alcohol concentrations and converts them into blood values, displaying them digitally on the display (permille).
[AL7000 sensor installation] It is the successor of the AL6000, which is also equipped with a replaceable sensor, but which makes it even easier and faster to calibrate the device yourself without having to send it to the importer or manufacturer!
The AL7000 is also much more compact than the AL6000.
The AL7000 digital breathalyzer measures from 0.0 to 4.0 g/L (permille) and signals when the reading is 0.5 permille or higher.
The result display is to 3 decimal places, e.g. 0.492 or 0.536 Promille.
The alcohol test reliability is 99.9% and the breathalyzer is both CE and DOT certified.
The AL7000 breathalyzer comes standard with a built-in sensor (value €35.00), which usually needs to be replaced after approximately 300 breaths. The device automatically indicates this with a CAL.
The AL7000 alcohol meter has now been recalibrated.
The AL7000 breathalyzer is packaged in a hard plastic protective case and comes with 5 mouthpieces, a carrying case, a 12V car adapter socket (not included), and a wrist strap.
An additional sensor can also be ordered separately for Euro 35.00 including VAT and shipping costs.
Additional mouthpieces can be ordered separately and cost Euro 0.25 each + VAT and shipping costs.

Usage
Test execution:
Press the on/off button and insert mouthpiece.
Heat-up time 20 seconds.
Blow through the mouthpiece for 4 seconds until 2 beeps are heard.
Read the result for 15 seconds.
Tester switches off automatically.
Warnings
Only a blood test gives a 100% accurate test result.
