Usage
1 tablet per day.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or on children under 18 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) of 800 mg or more.
Do not combine with other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach.
