Usage
Dissolve one scoop per day in a glass of spring water or apple juice, preferably use a shaker for best results.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
