Abanda Progesterine menopausal cream
Progesterine™ is a fragrance-free cream containing 20 milligrams (mg) of plant-based, natural progesterone per ¼ teaspoon of cream. A unique liposome-based system, encapsulating the ingredients within a membrane, allows for rapid absorption through the skin. The ingredients are then stored in the underlying fatty tissue and released into the bloodstream.

Water/Eau, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Gel*, Persea Gratissma (Avocado) Oil*, Vegetable Glycerin, Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark) Extract*, USP Progesterone (derived from Wild Yam - 20 mg per ¼ teaspoon and 950 mg per tube of 50 grams), Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil*, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Extract*, Silymarin Marianum (Milk Thistle) Extract*, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Oil), Chamomile Extract, Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Oil*, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Vitus Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract*, Vitamin A Palmitate. *Certified Organic
Usage
Gently massage ¼ to 1/8 teaspoon of cream daily into areas where your skin is thinner. This includes areas prone to blushing, such as your neck and face, chest, inner arms or thighs, palms, or soles of your feet (unless your hands or feet are heavily callused).
The best approach is to divide the above amount into a large dose before bed and a small dose in the morning. Or follow your healthcare professional's instructions. If this distribution isn't convenient for you, choose the most convenient time to apply the full dose of cream. Choose a different area of your skin each day to avoid over-treating certain areas.
On the back of the Progesterine™ tube, you'll find a small dot that you can use to easily determine the dosage. A round, pea-sized dollop of cream the size of the dot is equivalent to approximately 1/16 teaspoon of cream, two of these dollops equals 1/8 teaspoon. For ¼ teaspoon, you'll need four pea-sized dots.
