The enormous challenges we as humanity have created for ourselves increasingly necessitate a search for who we truly are, where we stand, where we want to go, and what will get us there. It's not always easy to remain true to ourselves in a goal- and results-oriented society with frameworks we all have to fit into. This handbook will help you on that journey. It's based on ancient Mayan wisdom, made accessible for the times we live in today. A time the Mayans and many other indigenous peoples already mentioned thousands of years ago in their prophecies: a turbulent time of chaos, transformation, and remembering who you truly are.
This book allows you to create personal profiles about your core qualities, relationships, life path, life year, effortless creation, and entrepreneurial living based on your passion, mission, and vision. Using your date of birth and the Tzolkin calendar, you'll gain step-by-step insight into your strengths and weaknesses. You'll also discover the personal tools you've been given to function and grow optimally on a spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental level. The profiles and exercises provide tools for living in harmony with yourself and others. You'll gain insight into how you function best, allowing you to be completely yourself. With the insights you gain, you'll also be better able to explain to others what suits you. This will significantly reduce stress, misunderstandings, and loss of energy.
This handbook is useful wherever you invest your energy and interact with others, such as at home, work, or school. It's also invaluable for professional counselors who help others function optimally and break through conditioning.
In this book, Elvira van Rijn examines both the classical Tzolkin calendar and the modern Dreamspell 13-moon calendar. She has developed her own methodology for getting to the heart of questions about personal development, talent development, and collaboration, both personally and professionally. Elvira helps you understand and explore the interplay between unconscious motivations and personal qualities and pitfalls, so you can reap the benefits daily:
- making choices;
- the cooperation with and guidance of others;
- following the path that best suits who you are deep inside.
