Composition

Composition per dosage of 1 tablet
Contains the active ingredients of 2000 mg yarrow and
395 mg raspberry leaf and 2.1 mg iron (=15% RI).

Composition per dosage of 2-3 tablets
Contain the active ingredients of 4000-6000 mg yarrow and
790-1185 mg raspberry leaf and 4.2-6.3 mg iron (=30-45% RI).

Ingredients
Plant extracts: yarrow (Achillea millefolium) 20%; raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) 11%; fillers (calcium phosphates, calcium carbonate, cellulose); firming agent (cross-linked cellulose gum); glazing agent (magnesium stearate); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); iron fumarate.

Usage
Adult women and girls from 12 years:Take 2-3 tablets daily with some water. You can spread this throughout the day during the first few days of menstruation. For a regular cycle, we recommend starting one or two days before menstruation. Always take one tablet per dose.Do not use A.Vogel Menstrual tablets during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
