Compound

Composition per dose of 1 tablet
Contains the ingredients of 2000 mg yarrow and
395 mg raspberry leaf and 2.1 mg iron (=15% RI).

Composition per dosage of 2-3 tablets
Do the ingredients contain 4000-6000 mg yarrow and
790-1185 mg raspberry leaf and 4.2-6.3 mg iron (=30-45% RI).

Ingredients
Plant extracts: yarrow (Achillea millefolium) 20%; raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) 11%; bulking agents (calcium phosphates, calcium carbonate, cellulose); firming agent (cross-linked cellulose gum); glazing agent (magnesium stearate); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); iron fumarate.

Usage
Adult women and girls aged 12 years and older:
Take 2-3 tablets daily with some water.
You can do this throughout the day during the first few days of your period.
For a regular cycle, we recommend starting one or two days before menstruation.
Always take one tablet per dose.

Do not use A.Vogel Menstrual Tablets during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
Store dry, closed and at room temperature.
