Ingredients of:
1469 mg fresh lemon balm
780 mg dried valerian root
650 mg dried hop cones
Ingredients Plant extracts: valerian (Valeriana officinalis), hops (Humulus lupulus), lemon balm 6% (Melissa officinalis); bulking agents (cellulose, calcium phosphates); starch; firming agents (cross-linked cellulose gum, gum arabic); glazing agent (magnesium stearate; anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Usage Take 1 tablet with some water half an hour before going to bed.
