Composition per daily dose of 1 tablet
Plant extracts: passionflower1 (Passiflora incarnata), lemon balm2 (Melissa officinalis) 3%, OATS (Avena sativa), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), hops (Humulus lupulus).
A dose of 1 tablet contains the active ingredients of a total of 5024 mg extract from the plants listed in the ingredients list, of which 1331 mg from lemon balm and 2.9 mg essential oils from hops.

Usage
